Anti-Endostatin Antibody [KT58] - Identical to Abcam (ab114141)

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT58) raised against Endostatin, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG1 antibody is provided in liquid form and has been validated for use in sandwich ELISA (sELISA) with human samples.

Prepared against recombinant endostatin as the immunogen, the antibody is purified by Protein A chromatography and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. Recommended working concentrations are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 2-3 µg/ml for sELISA applications.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
