Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets Endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 29 (ERP29), a luminal chaperone that participates in protein folding, disulfide bond formation, and quality control within the endoplasmic reticulum. The antibody is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and shows reactivity with human, mouse, rat, bovine, and canine samples, supporting comparative studies of ER stress, the unfolded protein response, and secretory pathway function in cell biology and pathology research.

Each vial contains 100 µg of antibody supplied for research use only. Recommended handling includes brief centrifugation before opening, aliquoting to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and storage refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees C between uses to preserve binding activity. The unconjugated format allows the reagent to be paired with a secondary detection system of the researcher's choice, making it flexible for chromogenic immunohistochemistry on fixed sections, immunofluorescence imaging, or standard western blot membrane protocols probing cell and tissue lysates.
