Anti-ENDOG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against ENDOG (Endo G) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed as a supported application, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the reagent was a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 49–297 of human Endo G (NP_004426.2), and the endogenous target has a reported molecular weight of 33 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage recommendations are shipment at 4°C, aliquoting on receipt, and storage at −20°C with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles. A suggested working dilution range for Western blotting is 1:500–1:2,000.
