Anti-Endo180 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the N-terminal region of human Endo180 (also known as CD280, UPARAP, MRC2, CLEC13E, or C-type mannose receptor 2), detecting endogenous levels of the protein in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry workflows. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been validated on human, mouse, and rat samples. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve antibody activity.
