Anti-EMR3 (Y652) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the EMR3 protein and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 620–671 of human EMR3. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of EMR3 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
