Anti-Emp (E207) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the E207 epitope of the Emp protein. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 178-228 of human Emp as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the Emp protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an apparent molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
