Anti-EMC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EMC1, also designated KIAA0090, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The product is validated for Western blot, with immunohistochemistry also indicated by the manufacturer specification.

Reactivity is reported against human samples, with mouse and rat additionally recognised according to the manufacturer. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 885-965 of human EMC1 (NP_055862.1). The target protein has an expected molecular weight of 112 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:100-1:200 for IHC.

It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
