Anti-EMB Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Embigin homolog (EMB). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) with human samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 33–260 of human EMB (NP_940851.1). The corresponding target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Following affinity purification, the antibody is presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot applications, a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
