This rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EMA. Clone G22-L, of the IgG isotype, is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human EMA, and the antibody recognizes the epitope between Gly1235 and Ala1253. Validated for use in immunohistochemistry on human samples, recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:200 for IHC applications. The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
