Anti-Elongin A1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against recombinant full length Human Elongin A1 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum via epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The unconjugated product detects endogenous levels of Elongin A1 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity is confirmed for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at ~90kDa.
