Anti-ELOA1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the Elongin A (ELOA1, also known as TCEB3, SIII p110, Elongin 110 kDa subunit) subunit of the transcription elongation factor SIII complex. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human TCEB3 (amino acids 131–180), and the antibody is of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; the predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 87 kDa.
