Anti-ELN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to elastin (ELN), offered as a Primary Antibody by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human ELN as the immunogen, and the polyclonal antiserum was affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. According to the manufacturer, the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of ELN protein. The expected molecular weight is approximately 69 kDa. One scientific validation image is provided.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
