Anti-ELN Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 27-200 of human ELN (NP_001265845.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
