Anti-ELMOD3 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-ELMOD3 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ELMO domain-containing protein 3, an intracellular GTPase-activating protein implicated in Arf-like GTPase signaling and in autosomal recessive non-syndromic hearing loss through recent auditory neuroscience and cochlear biology studies.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, this unconjugated primary antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and should be stored at -20 °C in small aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers use it to probe ELMOD3 expression in inner ear hair cells, cochlear tissue sections, and transfected cell lines, and to investigate GAP activity toward ARL2 in cytoskeletal and membrane-trafficking workflows.
