Anti-Elk1 (phospho-T417) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Elk1 phosphorylated at threonine 417. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Elk-1 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 417, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Elk1 only when phosphorylated at Thr417.

Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide (approx. pH 7.2), the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 45 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
