Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Elk1 when phosphorylated at Serine 389. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Elk-1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 389, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Elk1 only when that residue is phosphorylated (S1).

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 45 kDa (S1). Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples (S1, C0).
