Anti-Elk1 (phospho-S383) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Elk1 (phospho-S383), available from Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Elk-1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 383, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Elk1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser383. The target protein runs at approximately 45 kDa. Validated applications are WB, IHC and IP, and reactivity is reported against Human and Mouse samples.
