Anti-ELK1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against ELK1. The polyclonal IgG reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 62 kDa.

Produced by immunisation with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 201-297 of human ELK1 (NP_005220.2), the antibody is affinity-purified and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000, and is additionally listed for immunohistochemistry (IHC). Concentration is lot specific.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
