Anti-Elk-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this primary antibody targets the ETS domain-containing transcription factor Elk-1 and is supplied as an affinity-purified, unconjugated IgG at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The 50 µL unit is formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA on human, mouse and rat samples. Specificity is directed against endogenous Elk-1, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide derived from the human protein around the non-phosphorylation site at S389; the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using that epitope-specific immunogen.
