Anti-ELF2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ELF2 (E74-like factor 2), a member of the ETS family of transcription factors that binds DNA through a conserved ETS domain and modulates downstream gene expression. The reagent is supplied at 100 µl volume and 1 mg/ml concentration in PBS supplemented with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, ready to dilute into standard detection workflows.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, the antibody supports studies of denatured nuclear protein extracts as well as fixed tissue sections where ELF2's transcriptional role is being characterized. ETS family factors contribute to hematopoietic lineage decisions, including B and T lymphocyte maturation, and they generally display a nuclear staining pattern in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. The unconjugated format permits pairing with either HRP-conjugated or fluorescently labeled secondary reagents chosen by the researcher.
