The ELF1 protein is a member of the ETS family of transcription factors, most strongly expressed in lymphoid lineages where it contributes to immune cell development and NK- and T-cell function. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against the human target and is validated for immunofluorescence staining of cultured cells and tissue sections. The 50 µl volume supplies enough reagent for routine IF workflows, and the unconjugated format allows pairing with a user-selected fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibody for multicolor imaging panels or co-localization studies. Recommended for research use only in studies of cytokine gene regulation, hematopoietic differentiation, and ETS-factor signaling pathways.
