A polyclonal antibody targeting ELF1, a member of the ETS family of transcription factors implicated in T-cell signaling, NK cell development, and regulation of immune-related genes, is provided by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in a 200 µl format suitable for immunofluorescence (IF) staining on human samples. Produced in rabbit, this reagent recognizes the native ELF1 protein and supports workflows that localize transcription factor distribution within fixed cells, complementing studies of lymphocyte activation, viral promoter regulation, and hematopoietic differentiation. The unconjugated format allows end-users to pair the antibody with their preferred fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents, enabling flexible multiplex detection across immunofluorescence experiments. The polyclonal preparation increases the likelihood of recognizing multiple epitopes on ELF1, which can be advantageous when working with post-translationally modified or splice-variant forms of the target.
