Anti-ELAVL3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ELAVL3, the ELAV-like RNA-binding protein 3. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 160–260 of human ELAVL3 (NP_001411.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa, and the antibody is accompanied by 6 scientific validation images.

Validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:100–1:500), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:50–1:200), it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Third-party database entries describe ELAVL3 as tissue-enriched in the brain, predicted to be intracellular, and encoded on chromosome 19.
