Anti-ELAVL1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196626) and Thermo (PA5-90917)

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ELAVL1 (also known as HuR/ELAVL1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is KO validated and has been affinity purified.

The target has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–326 of human HuR/ELAVL1 (NP_001410.2). Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:100–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
