Anti-ELAC2 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, raised in Rabbit and supplied unconjugated, is offered by Antibodies.com for the ELAC2 target. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human ELAC2 (NP_776065.1). Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent is reported to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 105 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot-specific.
