Anti-EKLF (W318) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the EKLF protein at the W318 epitope. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, is supplied in an unconjugated format, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 288-335 of Human EKLF. It detects endogenous levels of EKLF protein and also cross-reacts with lKLF (51 kDa), GKLF (56 kDa), and UKLF (33 kDa). The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 38 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
