Anti-EKLF / CKLF / UKLF Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the C-terminal region of human EKLF (also known as CKLF, UKLF, Erythroid Krueppel-like transcription factor, or Krueppel-like factor 1). It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and detects endogenous levels of the target across Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), making it a versatile choice for erythroid transcription-factor studies. For stability, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
