Anti-EKLF / CKLF / UKLF Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes members of the Krüppel-like factor (KLF) family of zinc-finger transcription factors, including the erythroid lineage-defining factor EKLF (also known as KLF1) and the related CKLF and UKLF epitopes. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum raised in rabbit, validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, and reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples.

KLF1 is a master regulator of definitive erythropoiesis and adult β-globin switching, making this reagent useful for studies of red blood cell differentiation, globin gene regulation, and stress erythropoiesis in hematopoietic models.
