Anti-EKLF Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets EKLF (erythroid krueppel-like transcription factor, also known as Krueppel-like factor 1). It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated for flexibility in downstream assay design. The antibody is generated against a synthesized peptide derived from human EKLF surrounding the non-acetylation site at K274, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of EKLF protein only when that lysine is not acetylated. Validated applications are ELISA and Western blot, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
