Immunofluorescence workflows can use this rabbit polyclonal reagent to examine EIF5B localization in human samples. The unconjugated primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as IgG in a 200 µl volume, with human reactivity and a format that lets researchers select a compatible fluorescently labeled secondary antibody.
It supports cell- and tissue-imaging studies in which the distribution of EIF5B, a eukaryotic translation initiation factor, is compared across experimental conditions or cellular states. Samples can be fixed and stained using a validated IF protocol before visualization by fluorescence microscopy. Fixation, permeabilization, antibody dilution, and secondary-antibody conditions should be optimized with appropriate controls for the specimen and imaging system.
