Anti-EIF4G2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against EIF4G2, also known as P97/DAP5. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Immunoprecipitation (IP). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 320–490 of human EIF4G2/p97 (NP_001409.3). The target has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Six scientific images are available to support validation.
