Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against EIF4G1. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples.
The reagent was generated using recombinant full-length human EIF4G1 as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the EIF4G1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 175 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
