Anti-EIF4EBP1 (phospho T70) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes EIF4EBP1 phosphorylated at threonine 70 (phospho Thr70). It is of the IgG isotype and provided unconjugated. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, and the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The antibody is supplied as a liquid, affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around T70 of human phospho-eIF4EBP1-T70 (NP_004086.1), with peptide sequence TKTPP. Concentration is lot specific.
