Anti-EIF4EBP1 (phospho T45) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to eIF4EBP1 (phospho Thr45), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples. The target is a phospho-specific epitope at threonine 45 of eIF4EBP1, and the immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding T45 of human phospho-eIF4EBP1-T45.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The molecular weight of the target is 18 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.
