Anti-EIF4EBP1 (phospho T37 + T46) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects endogenous levels of EIF4EBP1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 37 and threonine 46. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding these priming sites in 4E-BP1, so it selectively recognises the primed species and does not bind the unphosphorylated translation repressor.
