Anti-eIF4E (T203) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to eIF4E, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171–210 of human eIF4E. Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of eIF4E protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa.
