Anti-EIF4E Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the EIF4E target and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is KO validated.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human eIF4E (NP_001959.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200 and IP: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
