Anti-EIF4A2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against eIF4A2 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human EIF4A2 (NP_001958.2) and is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid with a molecular weight of 46 kDa, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The isotype is IgG and the concentration is lot specific. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution of 1:500-1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
