Anti-EIF3H Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit H, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes a ~40 kDa scaffolding component of the eIF3 complex that couples 40S ribosome loading to mRNA recruitment during translation initiation. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl vial, unconjugated, and has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat specimens. Store at -20°C in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles; the glycerol cryoprotectant and sodium azide preservative permit short-term handling at 4°C for routine bench work.
