Anti-EIF3E Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent targets the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit E (EIF3E, also known as eIF3-p48, INT6, or EIF3S6) and is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human EIF3E immunogen. Following affinity purification on the immunogen, the antibody is supplied in an unconjugated IgG format at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The reagent is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous total EIF3E in human and mouse samples, with broader reactivity to rat tissue and immunofluorescence application data reported by authorised distributors of the A39741 lot. It is shipped at 4 °C on wet or refrigerated ice; upon receipt, the contents should be aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles that could compromise antibody performance.
