Anti-EIF3A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EIF3A. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid formulation. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human EIF3A (NP_003741.1), with the molecular weight of the target noted at 180 kDa.

The product is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot-specific. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported with human and mouse samples. The retailer also lists reactivity with rat samples.
