Anti-EIF2S2 (phospho-S67) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against EIF2S2 phosphorylated at serine 67 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is supplied unconjugated and has been tested for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human EIF2S2 around the phosphorylation site of ser67. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of EIF2S2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser67.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 38 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
