Anti-EIF2B5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that recognises EIF2B5 (eIF2B epsilon). It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 442–721 of human EIF2B5. Validated applications include western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with recommended starting dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, ICC/IF and IP. The target protein migrates at approximately 85 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is shipped at 4°C. Upon arrival, aliquots should be stored at –20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
