Anti-EIF2B1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against EIF2B1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. It cross-reacts with human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–305 of human EIF2B1 (NP_001405.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography before being formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 34 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
