Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against EIF2AK4 and is provided unconjugated. It has been validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF and reacts with Human and Rat samples. The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human EIF2AK4 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of EIF2AK4 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 187 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
