Anti-Eif2ak2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant mouse Eif2ak2 immunogen and supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Recommended applications include Western Blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, where the antibody detects the endogenous level of total Eif2ak2 (also known as PKR, PRKR, p68 kinase, or interferon-induced, double-stranded RNA-activated protein kinase; EC 2.7.10.2). The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
