Anti-EID1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against EP300-interacting inhibitor of differentiation 1 (EID1, also known as CRI1 and RbBP36), this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds the nuclear protein that modulates CBP and p300 histone acetyltransferase activity, retinoic-acid receptor signalling, and skeletal-muscle differentiation programmes.

Validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence on human samples, the antibody supports detection of endogenous EID1 in whole-cell or nuclear lysates by WB and in cultured cells or fixed cryosections by IF.
