Anti-EI24 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com raised against EI24 (etoposide-induced 2.4), a p53-responsive pro-apoptotic transmembrane factor that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane and participates in DNA damage response signaling, autophagic flux, and tumor suppression pathways. Supplied unconjugated in a 200 µl volume validated for western blot work on mouse-derived lysates under denaturing, reducing SDS-PAGE conditions. The antibody detects endogenous mouse EI24 and produces a single band at approximately 30 kDa corresponding to the full-length EI24 isoform.
