Anti-EHHADH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against recombinant human enoyl-CoA hydratase and 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase (EHHADH) and detects the endogenous protein in its total form. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a ready-to-use phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is offered in a 50 µL pack size. Validated for Western blotting, the reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a versatile tool for comparative studies of peroxisomal β-oxidation pathways across species. The immunogen is a full-length recombinant human EHHADH protein, and the IgG preparation is purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen. For handling, the vial is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles strictly avoided to preserve antibody activity.
