Anti-EHHADH Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human EHHADH (Enoyl-CoA Hydratase and 3-Hydroxyacyl-CoA Dehydrogenase), the bifunctional peroxisomal enzyme that drives steps two and three of peroxisomal fatty acid beta-oxidation. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, supporting detection of the ~80 kDa EHHADH protein in tissue lysates and in sections from liver and kidney, the two organs where EHHADH is most highly expressed. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody suitable for chromogenic IHC on FFPE sections and standard WB membranes. For long-term stability, aliquot upon arrival and store frozen at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
